Young Start Funding Relaunch Webinar

The National Lottery Community Fund are refreshing their Young Start funding programme to improve support for children and young people across Scotland – and invite all to join their relaunch webinar at 10am, on Thursday 26 February 2026. This session will expand on programme changes (including eligibility criteria) and what they mean for projects, as well as new Young Start funding opportunities.
Young Start ignites the power of Scotland’s children and young people to transform their futures and communities. Since launching in 2012, the programme has awarded almost £75 million to 1,254 projects led by and for young people aged 8-24. In 2023, the National Lottery Community Fund started a two-year research project to refresh the programme, putting children and young people’s voices at the heart of every decision – and have since listened carefully to the feedback, ensuring insights directly shaped the refreshed programme.
