Volunteer Scotland AGM 2024: The Value of Volunteering

Volunteering plays a crucial role in our society in many ways: delivering services; contributing to the local economy; boosting individual and community wellbeing; influencing change; and much more – and reflecting this, Volunteer Scotland invite you to join them online for an interactive event exploring ‘The Value of Volunteering’, on Tuesday 26 November.
Created as part of their AGM, the event will host discussions about how understanding the value of volunteering can help to create even more impact. During this event, they will be welcoming David Bomark to hear about his doctoral research on the relationship between volunteering and associational life, and Will Watt from State of Life who will explore the social value of volunteering.
