The Place to Pause and Breathe Open Day

Pause and Breathe CIC are holding 2 open days at their new premises, The Place to Pause and Breathe (83 Broomhill Road, High Bonnybridge, FK4 2AT), on Friday 16^th June, 12pm – 3pm, and Sunday 18^th June, 11am – 3pm. Refreshments will be available at both events.

Michael Matheson, MSP for Falkirk West and Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care, will be formally opening The Place at 1:30pm on Friday 16^th June, with chair yoga taking place that morning.

During the open days, Pause and Breathe will provide an opportunity for everyone to explore the space and experience the environment they offer, including their 2 studio spaces, Mull and Iona.

The Mull and Iona studios are also available to rent, with a special rental offer for the month of June: from Monday 19^th June, Pause and Breathe are proposing FREE rental for either space. As part of their commitment to inclusivity, they are suggesting that the classes offered during this period be by donation. “By allowing participants to contribute based on their means, we can foster an environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.”
