Self Directed Support Forth Valley Awareness Session

Self Directed Support Forth Valley is holding an Awareness Session on Thursday 19^th May, 1:30pm – 4pm at Forth Valley Sensory Centre, Redbrae Road, Camelon, FK1 4DD.

The session provides an opportunity for anyone struggling to live at home independently, or any of their loved ones and carers, to learn more about Self-Directed Support. There will be a presentation covering what Self-Directed Support is and each stage of the process, along with the opportunity to meet the Forth Valley team and representatives from other local support organisations, and the Personal Assistants Network Scotland.

Spaces are limited, and booking is essential.
