DESCRIPTION:Self Directed Support Forth Valley is holding an Awareness Session on Thursday 19th May\, 1:30pm – 4pm at Forth Valley Sensory Centre\, Redbrae Road\, Camelon\, FK1 4DD. \nThe session provides an opportunity for anyone struggling to live at home independently\, or any of their loved ones and carers\, to learn more about Self-Directed Support. There will be a presentation covering what Self-Directed Support is and each stage of the process\, along with the opportunity to meet the Forth Valley team and representatives from other local support organisations\, and the Personal Assistants Network Scotland. \nSpaces are limited\, and booking is essential. \nTo book your place\, please visit the Eventbrite page.
