Polmont Community Hub Family Fun Day

As part of the Great Get Together weekend (taking place Friday 20 June – Sunday 22 June 2025), Polmont Community Hub will be holding a Family Fun Day on Sunday 22 June, 2:30pm – 5:30pm at their centre, Greenpark Drive, Polmont, FK2 0PZ.

The Great Get Together is the UK’s annual celebration of everything that unites our communities, inspired by the late Jo Cox MP’s belief that “we have more in common than that which divides us”. The Great Get Together is run by The Jo Cox Foundation, which aims to make meaningful change on issues that Jo Cox was passionate about.

There will be stalls from local community groups and organisations, who will be showcasing what they have available. Activities at the Family Fun Day will include:

• a Teddy Bears’ Picnic
• Beat the Goalie
• children’s cricket
• Connect 4 Tournament
• films
• Smoothie Bike
• defibrilator and CPR demonstrations
• bottle tombola
• raffle
• food and drinks (or there is an option to bring your own picnic)

Donated prizes for the raffle, or bottles for the tombola, are welcome, and should be dropped off at Polmont Community Hub. All proceeds will go to the Jo Cox Foundation.
