PATH (Scotland) Traineeship Info Session

PATH (Scotland) is a charity based in Glasgow, which aims to challenge inequality and promote a diverse workforce across Scotland.

For over 25 years, PATH has been supporting racially minoritised people into social and public sector housing careers through high quality, fully supported positive action traineeships. They have partnered with more than 60 Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) and councils across Scotland to provide over 100 traineeships.

As part of their vision to see a workforce that reflects Scotland’s communities – diverse, skilled, and future-facing – they are encouraging organisations in social and public sector housing (including third sector) to partner with them to offer these tailored traineeships.

PATH is holding short online information sessions on Tuesday 1 July 2025 for interested organisations to learn more about hosting a PATH trainee, taking place 10am – 11am, and 2pm – 3pm. Attendees will:

• hear from a current trainee and a placement organisation (RSL) about their experiences
• find out how the programme works, including cost, timelines, recruitment and support
• discover the benefits to the placement organisation
