NHS Forth Valley “Ask, Tell” Mental Health Workshops (Series 14)

NHS Forth Valley has confirmed it still has some limited places on its upcoming “Ask, Tell” mental health and suicide prevention workshops, on:

• Series 13: Tuesday 26^th October, Tuesday 2^nd November, and Tuesday 9^th November, 10am – 11am
• Series 14: Wednesday 17^th November, Wednesday 24^th November, Wednesday 1^st December, 2pm – 3pm

The workshops cover mental wellbeing, suicide prevention and having compassionate conversations with people experiencing mental distress or who may feel suicidal. All workshops are at the Informed Level.

While each workshop can be attended on its own; it is recommended that all 3 are attended.
