Health and Wellbeing Forum: December Meeting

The next Health and Wellbeing Forum takes place on Wednesday 13^th December, 10am – 12pm, via Zoom.

Attendees will hear from NHS Forth Valley on “The Importance of Physical Activity” and the new Bereavement Support Service recently launched, along with updates on the Enjoy Life Locally (ELLY) Project (including a review of the current findings and the project’s next steps).

There will also be updates from our team on this year’s Wellness in Winter campaign.
