CSREC Arts & Crafts Workshop

The Central Scotland Regional Equality Council (CSREC) is offering a complimentary programme of activities to people from ethnic minority groups in Falkirk, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire, who are experiencing reduced mental wellbeing.

They are offering “Arts & Crafts workshops” on Tuesday 22^nd February and Tuesday 1^st March from 10am at CSREC’s office in the Howgate Shopping Centre, High Street, Falkirk, FK1 1HG. Art-making is a calming practice, which can help to soothe your mind and relieve stress and anxiety. It can also help to enhance brain productivity and boost your confidence.
