DESCRIPTION:The Central Scotland Regional Equality Council (CSREC) is offering a complimentary programme of activities to people from ethnic minority groups in Falkirk\, Clackmannanshire and Stirlingshire\, who are experiencing reduced mental wellbeing. \nThey are offering “Arts & Crafts workshops” on Tuesday 22nd February and Tuesday 1st March from 10am at CSREC’s office in the Howgate Shopping Centre\, High Street\, Falkirk\, FK1 1HG. Art-making is a calming practice\, which can help to soothe your mind and relieve stress and anxiety.
