360Giving Workshop: Introduction to GrantNav

On Wednesday 5 March, 360Giving are hosting a free online workshop for users to learn how to use GrantNav, their flagship online tool to explore, download and analyse UK grants data. Lasting from 10.30am–12pm, the session will also feature a live demonstration using GrantNav to answer all your grantmaking related questions. There will also be the opportunity for an optional Q&A session in the 15 minutes after the session has ended for those with any further questions who wish to stay on.

The session will cover:

• What is GrantNav?
• What is the 360Giving Data Standard?
• Tips and tricks for using the GrantNav search functions
• Filtering grants data by location, funder type and more

Hosted by the 360Giving team, this workshop is designed for GrantNav beginners, but existing users are also welcome. It is open to everyone, whether you’re a researcher, charity fundraiser, journalist, funder or just want to explore UK grants data.

Before the session, 360Giving ask that attendees take a look at GrantNav before the session, and familiarise themselves with 360Giving’s Events Terms & Conditions, which are available via the 360Giving website. This session will not be recorded.
