Our team at CVS Falkirk & District would like to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who joined us at our 2025 AGM on Thursday 30 October 2025.
It was absolutely wonderful to be able to see you all and tell you about not only our activities and plans for the future, but the local sector’s. We are so excited to work with you all over the coming year and see everyone’s ideas come to fruition.
We always love bringing our events to different parts of Falkirk District, and yesterday was no exception. We’re delighted to have been able to show off one of the district’s lovely community venues in Brightons Community Hall, whose team has recently completed their Community Asset Transfer of the building and has big plans for the future!

- our speaker Mairi Halcrow, Scottish Government’s Fairer Funding Lead, who spoke about the development of Fairer Funding, how this links to the third sector, and aspirations for its future
- Robert Taylor from our auditors at Dickson Middleton, who helped present our 2024/25 accounts
- Keith at MinuteMan Falkirk, who printed our Annual Review 2024/25 for the event, along with all our other lovely new publications
- the team from McEwan’s Family Bakers, who organised another year of the fantastic pies, rolls and cakes for lunch
- our hosts at Brightons Community Hall, who made us all feel so welcomed
