Join the Scottish Recovery Network for a free Creating Hope with Peer Support learning and networking event, on Wednesday 17 September 2025, 10am – 4pm, at Forth Valley College (Stirling campus), Drip Road, Stirling, FK8 1SE.
This in-person workshop is part of the Scottish Recovery Network’s series designed to empower Peer Supporters, Peer Workers, volunteers, and individuals with lived experience who are supporting people affected by suicide. It aims to provide practical, hands-on training structured around the 4 stage Creating Hope with Peer Support Pathway — Connect, Explore, Hope, Support.
Participants will engage in reflective discussions, skill-building activities, and shared experiences in a supportive peer environment. The event is designed around smaller group sizes to foster in-depth dialogue, mutual learning, and tailored action planning.
“By attending, local Peer Supporters and lived‑experience individuals will enhance not only their own capabilities but also contribute to building supportive networks across Forth Valley.”
