Forth Valley commercial landlord and business support specialist, Ceteris Scotland Ltd, has expanded its property portfolio as it acquires the Falkirk Business Hub.
The Falkirk Business Hub adds over 40 tenant companies and their staff to the Ceteris community. Formerly the General Post Office building, the Hub was completely refurbished in 2013 and the four-storey building now provides quality serviced offices, coworking spaces, conference and meeting rooms, as well as virtual office services. The acquisition marks Ceteris expanding into Falkirk for the first time, and the Hub joins the 20 business parks across 9 sites that they already own in Clackmannanshire and Stirling.
Falkirk Business Hub is a great addition to their property portfolio and is part of an exciting new Ceteris growth strategy aimed at ‘Making Business Happen’. Commenting on the acquisition of Falkirk Business Hub, Josie Saunders (Ceteris CEO) said:
“This acquisition means Ceteris now has a presence right across Forth Valley. We will continue working with partners to use this space to help our tenants and other businesses across the region thrive, create sustainable jobs, and grow.”
