Braveheart is running free, friendly, low level Weekly Walks throughout the summer, encouraging everyone to become more physically and socially active.

The walks are open to everyone, of all abilities, and Braveheart and their Walk Leaders can support people living with long term conditions who want to take part.

Walks take place in Polmont Woods, Callendar Park, Grangemouth, Bonnybridge, the Helix, Stenhousemuir, Denny and Camelon, amongst other locations. The group will normally enjoy tea and chat in a local café afterwards.

There is no need to sign up or book in advance; people are welcome to simply turn up.
