Bo’ness Community Bus SCIO has unfortunately advised that, with effect from Thursday 9^th December until Wednesday 29^th December, they will not be in a position to run any of their Monday – Friday services between:

Bo’ness – Edinburgh
Edinburgh – Bo’ness
Bo’ness – Blackness – Linlithgow
Linlithgow – Blackness – Bo’ness

This is due a severe shortage of drivers recently; the Trustees have explored all available avenues in an effort to find additional drivers, but to no avail.

They will continue to offer their Saturday service on Saturday 11^th December and Saturday 18^th December as below:

9am Bo’ness – Edinburgh
10:15am Edinburgh – Bo’ness
11:30am Bo’ness – Edinburgh
12:45pm Edinburgh – Bo’ness
2:19pm Bo’ness – Blackness – Linlithgow
4:27pm Linlithgow – Blackness – Bo’ness
5pm Bo’ness – Edinburgh
6:15pm Edinburgh – Bo’ness

They will endeavour to provide a “Festive Timetable” on Wednesday 29^th December, Thursday 30^th December, and Friday 31^st December; details will follow in due course via their Facebook page.

The entire team offers their deepest and sincerest apologies that they are unable to provide their services over the next fortnight, due to the impact of the national driver shortage.
