Ecclesiastical Insurance’s annual 12 days of giving Christmas campaign offers nominated organisations the opportunity to win a £1,000 festive financial boost.
Through Movement for Good, Ecclesiastical Insurance will give 120 different registered charities, not-for-profit organisations and community interest companies (CICs) a £1,000 donation, with 10 winners announced each weekday from Monday 7th December – Tuesday 22nd December.
Nominations are now live, and people can nominate their preferred group or organisation; the deadline for nominations is Monday 21st December.
Winners will be drawn at random, and the more times an organisation is nominated and voted for, the more chance it has of being selected.
The campaign is particularly poignant this year, as many of the nominees (like all charities and third sector groups) have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, with funding opportunities decreasing while need for third sector services increases.
Current Scottish nominees include Dad’s Rock, Kidney Kids Scotland, Flexible Child Care Services Scotland SCIO, and Visual Arts Scotland.
