Paragon Housing Association LTD

Paragon Housing Association Limited is a Registered Social Landlord operating in the Forth Valley area. We are a “not for profit organisation” and most of our income is used for the management, maintenance and improvement of our properties. We are based in Grangemouth and own over 1400 houses and flats across the 3 local authority areas of Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling.

We provide homes at social rent levels and our tenants may be eligible for assistance with meeting their rental payments through housing benefits or universal credit. We have a programme of planned maintenance and improvement to ensure our housing stock is kept in good condition and meets the needs of our tenants.

We hold our own waiting list for prospective tenants and assist local authorities in meeting the local demand for housing by accepting nominations for vacant properties from their waiting lists.

Membership of the Association is open to all tenants and people who can contribute to meeting the aims of the organisation. We have around 130 members currently and it only costs £1.00 to join for life. We have a professional staff of 26 people and the Association is run by a volunteer management committee. We strongly encourage tenants to become members of the Management Committee and offer support to people taking up this role.
