Glow Impact CIC is dedicated to empowering individuals through comprehensive digital skills training and mentorship. Our unique approach pairs each student with a digital mentor, ensuring practical application of their knowledge. Additionally, we provide digital tools to support hands-on learning and skill development.Our methodology of training is online and self-paced.

Glow Impact CIC is a youth empowerment organisation that was founded to provide marketable skills for disadvantaged youths in Scotland to position them to harness their true potential and contribute to the economic growth of Scotland.

We execute our objectives through the provision of in-demand skills training that will not just productively engage young people but also present them with opportunities for a great life.

We also provide other services to young people to promote their mental well-being, mentor them and give them access to global opportunities.
