CSREC is also offering Brain Health and Dementia Prevention online sessions that will bring the best and latest in medical, wellbeing and positive living techniques to those who want to take positive action. The aim is to raise awareness of dementia and how it impacts people’s lives, while offering advice and some practical tips on how to best reduce the risks associated with dementia.
Our goal is to ensure that people from all backgrounds can face their anxieties and tackle the stigma that overshadows dementia, thus achieving a better quality of life for their selves and their loved ones.
One Planet Forth Valley is a part of CSREC. OPFV are a Climate Challenge Fund project by Keep Scotland Beautiful. We aim to promote sustainability & circular economy within Falkirk, Stirling, and Clackmannanshire through various workshops and an online hub.
