Bo’ness Storehouse Foodbank SCIO

The Bo’ness Storehouse Foodbank SCIO, provides food assistance to residents in the Bo’ness area.

First established in September 2012 (achieving registered charity status in July 2015) the Storehouse is run entirely by volunteers. Annually, we provide support to 150 households, delivering about 1,267 food parcels and 150 toiletry packs, as well as 54 Christmas hampers.*

Those in need of food aid are referred to the us by various social care organisations in Bo’ness and Falkirk District. On receipt of a referral, for a defined period of time, food packs are delivered weekly to the referred household.
