Volunteer Scotland In-Person Training: Volunteer Change Management

Volunteer Scotland has announced a range of in-person training sessions taking place from August. All sessions will be delivered at their office in Stirling, 10am – 4pm, with lunch provided.

Sessions will include (but are not limited to):

• Developing Volunteer Practice (first session: Tuesday 22^nd August)
• Effective Leadership in Volunteering (first session: Thursday 31^st August)
• Volunteer Change Management (first session: Tuesday 5^th September)
• Developing a Volunteer Strategy (first session: Thursday 7^th September)
• Developing Positive Staff and Volunteer Relations (first session: Tuesday 19^th September)
• Volunteers’ Mental Wellbeing (first session: Wednesday 20^th September)
