The Melting Pot – Good Ideas, Catalyst Training Workshop

A half-day workshop aimed at organisations and individuals with ideas for social or environmental change, taking place on Friday 14 June 10am to 1pm, in The Co-Lab at The Melting Pot in Edinburgh, at a cost of £30.00 per person.

The Melting Pot is Scotland’s Centre for Social Innovation, seeking to create a community of people striving to make the world a better place. Social innovation is the creative process of addressing societal challenges, fostering positive and sustainable change in communities and people’s lives. Through coworking, collaboration and learning, they aim to develop their members, support their businesses, and amplify their social impact.

Catalyse ideas alongside experienced and qualified facilitators and receive access to:

• A 3 hour in-person workshop
• A facilitated process using design thinking methodology
• Connection with others and the opportunity to build networks
• 5 free event passes for events hosted by The Melting Pot
• A free day to co-work space in the heart of Edinburgh city centre
• Tea and coffee included

The learning session includes content on empathy mapping, idea generation, early-stage refining of ideas, peer feedback and action planning.
