Safer and Empowered Communities Forum: September 2025 Meeting

CVS Falkirk & District will host its next Safer and Empowered Communities Forum on Wednesday 3 September 2025, from 10am – 12pm, via MS Teams.

The forum, chaired by Eloise Wilson, Partnership Development Manager at CVS Falkirk & District, will bring together local partners, third sector organisations, and community members to discuss pressing local issues and share updates.

The agenda includes a presentation from Tajtana Sandon of the Fairer Falkirk Team at Falkirk Council on a new community transport project, aimed at improving accessibility and connectivity for groups across the district.

Following a short comfort break, Jennifer Goldie, Senior Housing Needs Prevention Officer at Falkirk Council, will speak on housing needs and homelessness prevention, highlighting current policies and available support. The forum will conclude with an open floor for member updates and discussion of any other business.

All interested parties working to support and empower communities in Falkirk are encouraged to attend and contribute.
