No Smoking Day 2022

Organised by ASH Scotland each year, No Smoking Day 2022 takes place on Wednesday 9^th March.

This year’s theme is “Quit Your Way”, with the aim of inspiring people to think about quitting and to access the free expert advice and support available to them in Scotland.
