Net Zero Sense of Place in Grangemouth: Discussion Event
April 26, 2023 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
FreeResearchers from the University of Exeter are currently working on a UKRI-funded research project called “Net Zero Sense of Place”.
They will be holding group discussions in Grangemouth, taking place on Wednesday 26th April, 6:30pm – 9pm, and Thursday 27th April, 10am – 12:30pm, where local residents are invited to discuss their feelings and thoughts about the town, their thoughts about reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and their relations with the petrochemical industry in the area.
Both discussion events will take place at Grangemouth Town Hall, 27 Bo’ness Road, Grangemouth, FK3 8AN. Refreshments will be provided, and everyone who attends will receive a £25 grocery voucher as a thank you for their input.
All Grangemouth residents 18 years old and over are welcome to take part. No prior knowledge of greenhouse gas emission plans are needed, and all participants will be anonymous in the research write up.
