Learn to Listen, Time to Talk Event

NHS Forth Valley, Samaritans Scotland, and Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) are holding an online event on Wednesday 4 February 2026, 11am – 12pm, via Microsoft Teams.

At “Learn to Listen, Time to Talk: Exploring Listening Services”, attendees will hear from the teams at Samaritans and Breathing Space, who will be sharing information about their services and support available for all staff and volunteers working across Forth Valley.

The event has been purposely scheduled between Breathing Space Day on Sunday 1 February 2026 (an annual observance day dedicated to promoting the critical role listening plays in mental health support), and Time to Talk Day  on Thursday 5 February 2026, as a day for everyone “to come together to talk, listen and change lives by starting a conversation about mental health”.
