This year’s theme is “Be BOLD. Make Change”. To mark the occasion, organisers are launching the #BeBoldMakeChangeChallenge, inviting everyone to honour and support volunteer managers by:
- Celebrating: Thank the volunteer managers in your community, from nonprofits and schools to libraries and hospitals. “A card, a treat, or a heartfelt message goes a long way.”
- Standing Out: Wear bold colours on Wednesday 5 November 2025 and share on social media with #IVMDay25, and why volunteer managers matter.
- Stepping Up: An opportunity for Volunteer Managers to showcase their bold approaches to tackling challenges and inspire others by sharing stories online with #BeBoldMakeChange.
