First Official Paralympian Reunion Event

ParalympicsGB has announced that the ParalympicsGB Athlete Community is holding its first official Paralympian Reunion Event at the Stirling Hotel & Conference Centre in Stirling, Scotland on Saturday 31 May to celebrate individual achievements and reflect on the incredible Paralympic legacy.

The venue is based in the campus of the University of Stirling, FK9 4LA.

This event is the first of its kind to be organised by ParalympicsGB, and forms part of a series of reunion events that will be hosted across the home nations in England, Wales and Northern Ireland over the next 12 months.

The event aims to provide a unique opportunity for those who have represented ParalympicsGB, including the loved ones of Paralympians who have now passed away, to unite as a Community, for old friendships to be rekindled and for new connections to be made.

“Whether you’re currently competing or retired, a summer or winter sport athlete, competed at Rome 1960 or Rio 2016, we’d love you to join us!”
