Community Led Support Programme: Denny

Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) have joined the Community Led Support Programme, and in partnership with the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTI) are holding a series of local events on community led support:

• Wednesday 19^th June in Bo’ness, 12:30pm – 2:30pm and 4:30pm – 6:30pm at Bo’ness Library, Scotland’s Close, Bo’ness, EH51 0AH
• Thursday 20^th June in Camelon, 3pm – 5pm in the Scotia Room of Camelon Community Education Centre, Abercrombie Street, Camelon, FK1 4HA
• Thursday 20^th June in Denny, 6pm – 8pm at Denny Library, Davies Row, Denny, FK6 6FA

The Community Led Support Program is aimed at supporting local initiatives through a range of different ways.

The events will provide information on the background and principles of community led support, with examples of what has worked in different areas across Scotland, and how this can be applied to initiatives in the Falkirk area.

The focus will be on what the local community believes is needed in their area, and how to continue the work already being done, while sharing this information with and feeding into strategic plans across different organisations.

Falkirk HSCP and NDTI are keen to hear from the third sector and individuals at these events, and encourage everyone interested to attend their local date.
