“Charitable Trading” Online Training Session

Just Enterprise is offering a free online training session on Charitable Trading, designed to support third sector organisations in understanding the legal and financial frameworks around trading.

The session will take place on Tuesday 26 August 2025, 10:30am – 12pm, and will be delivered via Zoom.

This practical course is aimed at charities and social enterprises considering or currently engaged in trading activity. It will cover key topics including trading within charitable objectives, the use of trading subsidiaries, and compliance with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) and Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR) regulations. The session is particularly relevant for trustees, senior staff, and those involved in strategic planning or income generation.

Participants will benefit from expert guidance and opportunities for discussion. Early registration is recommended due to limited places.
