Benefits of Fair Work Webinar

FreeSocial Enterprise Scotland and the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) are holding a joint online webinar on the benefits of the Fair Work movement, taking place on Tuesday 3 February 2026, 11am – 12pm, via Zoom.
“Fair Work is a growing priority across Scotland, offering clear benefits for both employers and employees. While challenges such as implementing the Real Living Wage remain for some organisations, adopting Fair Work principles can strengthen workplace culture and improve outcomes for staff and communities.”
“The Benefits of Fair Work” will explore what Fair Work means in practice, and attendees will have the opportunity to:
- hear directly from Scottish Government officials and employers
- gain practical advice on implementing Fair Work policies
- share their own experiences
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and learn from others in the third sector.
