Awakening the Festival

On Sunday 2 June, 12pm till late, step into a world of endless joy and inclusion at Awakening The Festival, hosted by Enable Falkirk. Scotland’s only festival, exclusively for anyone with a disability, invites you to a spectacular celebration for all – an event where families and friends come together to revel in music, food and unforgettable experiences.

With captivating performances from live bands, DJs, singers, and circus acts, the opportunity to have fun in the fairground on the Carousel and side stalls, alongside much more.

The sensory sanctuary is a specially designed space that will provide a range of experiences to engage and stimulate the senses. It is designed to create a calming and interactive environment, incorporating elements such as soothing lights, textured surfaces, and various sensory objects. This area aims to offer individuals, especially those with sensory sensitivities or specific needs, a comfortable and enjoyable place where they can explore, relax, and engage with their surroundings in a positive way. You can also spend time with the Therapy Horses and Therapy Dogs.
