CVS Falkirk & District is governed by a Board of up to 10 Directors. We are currently seeking to recruit 2 new volunteer Directors to help guide our organisation’s strategic direction and support the ongoing development of the third sector within Falkirk District. Board appointments are for a term of up to 3 years, with the option for reappointment.
We welcome applications from individuals with a range of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives – whether or not you have previously engaged with CVS Falkirk & District.
Our Trustees are asked to attend one full Board meeting in-person every three months with potential for short interim meetings held in between, utilising our hybrid capability. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed in line with our policies. Applicants must be nominated by a current member organisation of CVS Falkirk & District.

After consideration of applications, candidates will be invited to meet the Selection Committee for an introductory briefing, with those selected invited to stand for election at the next Annual General Meeting.
