Due to the latest COVID-19 guidance from Scottish Government, the Volunteer Scotland team (including Disclosure Services (VSDS)) has returned to working from home full time.

The VSDS phoneline will now only be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9am – 5pm. However, the team are still contactable Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, via email, their online form and live chat (in the bottom right corner of their site).

Online PVG applications will still be processed (as well as paper applications, where required).

Please note that Volunteer Scotland will close for the festive period on Thursday 23^rd December, and reopen on Wednesday 5^th January 2022. The VSDS phoneline will close on Monday 20^th December for the break.
