Falkirk Community Trust are looking to recruit a new Volunteer Coordinator who will lead the delivery of a robust and sustainable volunteer program.
The Volunteer Co-ordinator will be responsible for managing The Helix volunteering programme and integrating this with volunteering opportunities across the Trust.
The Trust aims to increase the levels of volunteering across the organisation and to ensure that the Trust is meeting its aims and objectives with regard to volunteer engagement.
The post holder should be educated in a related subject or equivalent with practical experience in a volunteer and/or community engagement role. In addition you will be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of the delivery of volunteer co-ordination and the relative statutory regulations pertaining to volunteers.
This post is temporary until December 2017 will a salary of £23,440 – £26,353 pa.
The closing date is Tuesday 23rd June. Interviews are anticipated to be held on Wednesday 1st July 2015.
You will be employed by Falkirk Community Trust. The Trust is a charitable company set up by Falkirk Council to deliver culture, library, recreation and sport services on its behalf from 1st July 2011.
