Falkirk’s Mental Health Association are an established provider of therapeutic support to those who have experienced reduced mental wellbeing. With funding secured and a new structure in place, they are recruiting an experienced Service Manager to provide both mental health and operational management.

- Role Title: Family Mental Wellbeing Service Manager (incorporating Young People & Carers)
- Hours: Part Time, 21 hours/week
- Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
The principal purpose of this post is to lead, manage, support and co-ordinate the day-to-day operation of the allocated service area and provide line management to direct reports. The successful applicant must:
- be a skilled, knowledgeable and experienced individual
- have substantive previous operational, management, mental health experience and excellent communication skills.
- be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing and developing teams using innovative systems to achieve challenging goals
- be positive, supportive, able to work in a collaborative way, and have excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
This is a part time position offering 21 hours per week, with a salary of £30,000 p/a (pro rata). The closing date for applications is 12noon on Friday 26 July 2024.
