Reachout With Arts In Mind is currently recruiting an Operations and Finance Manager.

The position is 3 days per week (any suitable job share opportunities will be considered), with a salary of £31,330 (pro rata, negotiable based on experience and funding permitting).

Reachout With Arts In Mind, based in Alloa, provides services for members who are at various stages of managing their wellbeing. The Operations and Finance Manager is a key operational role within the organisation and involves both strategic and financial duties, with the successful candidate expected to spend a proportionate amount of time on both operations and finance, which may vary throughout the year depending on work commitments. The position will involve interaction with members on a regular basis, and supporting the Executive Artistic Director in completing funding applications.

Ideally the successful candidate will have knowledge of, or experience working for, a third sector organisation. Other essential experience includes:

use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
a qualification to college or university level
mental health and wellbeing training

The successful candidate should also ideally have experience of completing Companies House and OSCR returns, preparing Annual Accounts, and knowledge of the arts and its use in wellbeing therapies. However, these are not essential.
