Grangemouth Community Sports Trust is a charity set up to manage Grangemouth Stadium for community benefit.
“Grangemouth Stadium is central Scotland’s premier athletics training and competition facility and hosts a large number of regional, national and international events, squad training days and coaching conferences. It has been the home of many Olympic and Commonwealth squad teams for training and boasts the relocated Hampden track from the 2014 Commonwealth Games. The Stadium is home to Falkirk Victoria Harriers and Forth Valley Flyers and is of huge importance to the local community.”
Grangemouth Community Sports Trust SCIO is currently recruiting for the following positions:
- Stadium Manager: 25 hours per week, with a salary of £28,600 per anum
Some of the main responsibilities include: overall management of Grangemouth Stadium; business planning and performance reporting; managing employed staff, casual workers and volunteers; marketing and business development; and partner and community engagement.
- Office Administrator: 20 hours per week, with a salary of £13,332 per anum
Some of the main responsibilities include: invoicing, purchasing, and payroll; bookings and programming; updating the website and social media platforms; volunteer coordination; and customer services & reception.
- Maintenance Technician: 25 hours per week, with a salary of £16,666 per anum
Some of the main responsibilities include: general upkeep of the indoor and outdoor facilities; regular track cleaning (indoor and outdoor); reactive and planned repairs and maintenance; and carrying out activities to support the needs of the facility as directed by the Stadium Manager.
- Stadium Cleaner: 15 hours per week, with a salary of £9,523 per anum
Some of the main responsibilities include: keeping the facilities at The Stadium clean and hygienic by cleaning activity areas, reception and entrance hall, changing rooms, toilets and showers, office areas and meeting rooms. General cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, floor mopping, window and mirror cleaning and bin emptying.
