Voluntary Health Scotland (VHS) is looking for information on how the third sector involves volunteers in NHS settings in Scotland.
They have created an online survey to collect data for their Clear Pathway project, which aims to support safe, effective and person-centred volunteering in NHS settings, with a focus on volunteers recruited and managed by third sector organisations.
The survey is open to any charity, voluntary or community organisation, social enterprise or housing association that involves volunteers in hospitals and other NHS setting, or who don’t currently, but would be interested in doing so.
VHS aims to have as full a Scottish picture as possible for analysis and inclusion in the project’s final report. For the past 9 months, they have conducted extensive face to face and telephone engagement with voluntary health organisations, and are now looking to expand their responses.
The survey takes 5 minutes, and can be completed by organisations who think they may already have been interviewed.
