Third sector organisations are invited to take part in an online questionnaire, as part of a study on third sector cooking activities in Scotland.
The study is being conducted by Lucinda Jeffery, a Gastronomy Masters student at Queen Margaret University in Glasgow, as part of her dissertation.
Lucinda’s study is open to all third sector organisations across Scotland, and seeks to explore:
- how extensively cooking is used by Scottish non-profits
- why cooking is used by these organisations
- whether aspects of wellbeing are supported through cooking activities
Participants must work for a third sector organisation (charities, social enterprises, community and voluntary groups), and ideally be responsible for the delivery of the organisation’s cooking activities.
The questionnaire takes approximately 20 – 30 minutes to complete. Participants in will have the opportunity to receive Lucinda’s final dissertation report, once assessed by the exam board later in the year.
The deadline for responses is expected to be Monday 17th June.
To submit your response, please visit the Queen Margaret University website.
