The Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) has launched their live Involving People Plan 2019/20, “Learning from Lived Experience, People, Partnerships and Planning for Involvement”.
The plan recognises the contribution of people with lived experience of social services and caring to the SSSC’s work (including people who use, or have used social services, and people who are carers), with actions designed to help the SSSC reach and involve people.
The SSSC has aimed to include feedback they received around the importance of planning for involvement which makes a difference to their work, and for those involved through partnerships, connections, conversations and relationships.
