The aim of Social Saturday 2015 is to raise awareness of just how easy it is to support social enterprise businesses that trade quality items and services, and that re-invest profits in projects supporting the local community, international development, the environment, charities and a wealth of other progressive schemes.
This year CVS Falkirk is planning a Buy Social Buy Local! event for Social Saturday 2015 on Saturday 10 October in Falkirk Town Centre. It will be a great opportunity to come along and meet some of Falkirk’s inspiring social enterprises, see the wonderful products and services they offer, and give you the chance to make a difference to the local community by Buying Social and Buying Local!
