From Tuesday 1 September 2026, the Scops Arts Trust is inviting Stage 1 applications from organisations delivering instrumental music education for children and young people across the UK. The Trust supports projects which increase access to, participation in, and enjoyment of the arts, with a particular focus on the performing arts.

Funding is available as revenue or core cost grants, with awards typically supporting specific projects (though core funding can be considered for smaller organisations where a grant can make a significant impact). In previous years, grants have ranged from £350 – £15,000, with a maximum award level of £30,000. Applications are open to registered charities and organisations with a clear charitable purpose, with preference given to small and medium-sized organisations.

Applications are made through a two-stage process, beginning with an online eligibility check. The deadline for applications is Tuesday 15 September 2026.
