Falkirk Council have three private sector housing surveys open and are looking for input.
Responses from these surveys will feed into the Local Housing Strategy (LHS), much like those on housing priorities in the Falkirk area. In this instance, Falkirk Council are looking for input on the following subjects:
- Renting private sector accommodation. There are two surveys relating to this subject, one for private sector landlords, and one for private sector tenants.
- Private sector conditions and adapting a home to meet disability needs in the private sector. This survey is open to homeowners, private sector landlords, private sector tenants, life-renters and agricultural tenants.
The information collected in these surveys will feed into Falkirk Council’s new LHS, their main strategic document regarding housing. It sets out their priorities and plans for delivery of housing and housing related services covering the 2017-2022 period.
The closing date for responses to all surveys is Friday 30th September.
