First 4 Kids Falkirk are looking for a Play Helper to assist in the care of children in their Out of School Care. The Play Helper will help children to play, provide snacks and look after them until their parents collect them. This position would be ideal for someone looking for an afternoon volunteering opportunity.

Signpost Recovery Administrator Vacancies

Signpost Recovery are currently recruiting for 2 Administrators. The positions are 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £15,248 – £17,090 per annum. The deadline for all applications is Wednesday 2nd May.

Scottish Parliament BSL Plan Consultation Event

The Scottish Parliament is holding a 2 day event for British Sign Language (BSL) users on the afternoon of Friday 18th May and the morning of Saturday 19th May at the Parliament, in order to help prepare and shape its BSL Plan. They want to take this opportunity to explain to BSL users what they are currently doing with the plan, and how they can get involved. A BSL video is available on the Scottish Parliament website.

Consultation Event on National Transport Strategy

As part of their review of the National Transport Strategy (NTS), Transport Scotland are working with Age Scotland to hold a community engagement event on Monday 14th May, 1:30pm – 3pm at Sauchie Hall, Mar Place, Sauchie, Alloa FK10 3EA.
