Penumbra and See Me are working in partnership with Samaritans, Cherish, Aberlour and the Falkirk, Linlithgow and South Queensferry Daisy Foundation to run free POWWOWs (Penumbra Workshops on Wellbeing) for mums-to-be, mums, partners and family members in the antenatal period who live in and around Falkirk.
The POWWOW covers the basics of perinatal mental health, including definitions, signs, stigma, planning, advice and resources. Aberlour will share their top ten tips for good perinatal mental health and others speakers will discuss their experiences, symptoms and the services they used.
Sessions will run 12-2pm, Cherish, Unit J, Newhouse Business Park, Newhouse Road, Grangemouth, FK3 8LL
