Central Scotland Regional Equality Council is looking for an Operations and Development Manager to lead the organisation through a period of change, oversee current work and shape the future of the organisation as a leader in the field of equalities work.
The post which is situated in Falkirk is Full Time – 35 per week (excluding breaks) for a 9 Month Fixed Term (contract may be extended on an annual basis subject to funding being available) Salary: £29,000 – £32,000 per annum.
This is a challenging but highly rewarding role, providing you with an exciting opportunity to be creative, lead service transformation, respond to the community and promote equalities with the involvement of residents and other stakeholders.
You will have experience of advising and working with a Management Board of Directors, managing a diverse team, working in or with the Third Sector with a demonstrable commitment to Equalities Work and combating all forms of discrimination.
Alongside developing and guiding the staff team, you will be responsible for developing high quality projects / services for all our residents in the Geographical areas of Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling Councils.
