Wild Ways Well is a new project developed by The Conservation Volunteers (TCV), in partnership with The Scottish Wildlife Trust (SWT). It aims to demonstrate that spending time outside, amongst nature, is good for mental wellbeing.
The next session will be Friday 31st August, 1pm – 3pm at the Jupiter Urban Wildlife Centre, Wood Street, Grangemouth, FK3 8LH.
Throughout the sessions, people are encouraged to think about nature, conservation and the 5 Ways to Wellbeing and how these can be built into their daily lives.
Wild Ways Well is nature-based, incorporating the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give.
To book your place at the next session, please contact SWT by phone: 01324 486475, or email: jupiterassistantranger@scottishwildlifetrust.org.uk
